What sort of warranty is there for your products?
All our products come with a 5-year warranty for the structure and 12 months for parts.
What is the returns policy?
Race Portable Cabins will make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer extensive 30-day returns on our building materials and parts, however, returns of bulky products are not accepted. All returns must come back in unused, re-saleable condition and in original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the safe return of the product(s).
How long does it take to get my new Portable Home / Room?
Orders generally take 8 – 12 weeks to build and deliver from the time you confirm your order.
Can you deliver to my area?
We deliver our products Australia-wide. We can also deliver to New Zealand and worldwide.
What foundation system do I need for my New Portable Cabin ?
You can install our these cabin models on any stable surface including a concrete slab, stumps, piles and even on a trailer. Most of our units weigh between 1000 kg – 5000 kg.
How long does it take to assemble my Cabin?
Most of our units can be assembled within one day ready to use.
Is it easy to move the unit?
Most of our units can be packed and folded in a day. A crane truck can load, transport and unload in one trip.
